EUC Manager

Location: Hybrid in Dublin 18, Ireland, with 60% office attendance required at the HQ in Leopardstown

What you will do

• Lead and manage End User Compute engineers responsible for endpoint management and application delivery.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM platforms, including secure device configuration, patching, compliance, provisioning, deployment, and retirement.
• Manage and optimise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and support remote and hybrid working solutions.
• Oversee enterprise application packaging, deployment, lifecycle management, compatibility, and performance.
• Maintain EUC service availability and performance, lead major incident management and root cause analysis, and maintain documentation and platform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, service management, engineering, business, and workplace technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing End User Compute or Desktop Engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Experience with enterprise application packaging and delivery.
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 endpoint management.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale IT environments.
• Strong leadership and people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced enterprise environment, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and modern endpoint management.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and modern identity integration.
• Experience supporting global or multi-site organisations.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management environments.
