Director, Technology Data Analytics and Automation (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver technology and automation-driven solutions for legal, compliance, and regulatory services.
• Lead a global high-performing team across Ireland, the US, and Japan.
• Drive technology and process innovation, including adoption of AI capabilities.
• Implement the Global Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Technology Roadmap to support transformation and operational excellence.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements, translating them into system specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Improve efficiency and maintain alignment across systems, workflows, data, and application environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data management, computer science, finance, business administration, technology, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is advantageous.
• In-depth experience in technology, operations, and analytics across the insurance industry, financial services, or legal, compliance, and regulatory functions.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams across different regional locations and delivering international or global projects.
• Experience developing applications using desktop and web-based reporting, database, and analytics tools.
• Experience developing and implementing automation strategies.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and effective presentation skills.
• Constructive stakeholder relationship management skills.
