Manager, Global BPO Management (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; or Westlake, TX, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.

Base salary: $153,000–$180,000 USD annually; compensation varies by location and zone, with bonus, equity, and benefits also available. Zone 2 locations including Chicago, Denver, and Westlake have a listed range of $134,000–$158,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Vendor Managers and Performance Analysts.
• Own relationships with the global BPO partner network, including operational performance, service delivery, and compliance.
• Build operational reporting frameworks and analytical models that convert performance metrics into business strategies.
• Lead root-cause analysis, process improvement, scalable operational solutions, and cost optimization.
• Work with Product, Finance, Legal, and other internal leaders on vendor agreements, budgets, and network strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, BPO, or operational leadership in financial services or technology, including 4+ years managing and developing teams.
• Experience managing global vendor networks, operational governance, service-level agreements, and financial budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills using platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or SQL to support strategic decisions.
• Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts, including MSAs and SOWs.
• Leadership ability to set goals, provide real-time feedback, develop talent, hire and retain strong teams, build trust and inclusion, and lead with integrity.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 9/10 or Series 24 licenses, or willingness to obtain them.
