Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in London, England, United Kingdom, or New York, New York, United States

Salary: USD 165,000–210,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the company-wide strategic planning process and OKR engine in partnership with C-suite stakeholders.
• Align product, engineering, and commercial teams around product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, expansion plans, and vertical strategies.
• Perform market sizing, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling for growth opportunities, strategic investments, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Lead complex, mission-critical cross-functional initiatives from strategy through measurable business outcomes.
• Deploy AI tools, automation workflows, and scalable operational playbooks to improve cross-departmental productivity.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in a fast-paced technology environment, with strong performance in strategy and operations or business operations roles.
• Deep experience influencing and advising C-level executives, presenting complex trade-offs, and aligning conflicting priorities.
• Experience leading complex, company-critical strategic initiatives end-to-end, with a record of ownership and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into simple, actionable direction and clarify the rationale, scope, and timing of critical initiatives.
• Intellectual curiosity, drive, and courage to work with significant ambiguity and imperfect information while challenging assumptions.
• AI-native builder mindset with a bias toward AI-first execution, data analysis, solution implementation, and rapid delivery.
