Manager, Business Operations

Location: New York Office; hybrid

Salary: $130K–$190K annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional operational programs from scoping through execution, tracking milestones, ownership, outcomes, and business impact.
• Design and implement scalable processes across Go-to-Market, Finance, Product, and People functions, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences, reporting rhythms, and dashboards.
• Prepare executive- and board-level briefings, decision memoranda, performance reviews, strategic planning documents, and organizational communications.
• Support M&A, strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, and post-merger integration through research, due diligence, workstream coordination, synergy tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop market maps, target-screening frameworks, competitive intelligence, market sizing, scenario models, and prioritization analyses for strategic decisions and geographic expansion.
• Support investor relations and fundraising through research, benchmarking, narrative development, and analysis of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

• Professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations, or a similar strategic role.
• Experience operating within high-growth technology companies, preferably in infrastructure, enterprise software, AI, or high-performance computing markets.
• Experience supporting or leading corporate development initiatives, including M&A research, due diligence, and integration activities.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently develop executive-ready materials.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
• Ability to alternate between strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides, Excel or Google Sheets, and modern productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or data storage markets.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree from a leading institution; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
