Sr. Program Manager, Talent Management

Salary: 91,700–170,100 USD annually; bonus eligibility included.

What you will do

• Run the annual talent cycle end to end, including goal setting, performance management, calibration, talent reviews, succession, and talent pools.
• Build standard work, calendars, metrics, and manager materials that make talent cycles reliable and simple to execute.
• Embed the talent philosophy and one-page talent management practices into the cycle and deliver enablement and training for HR Business Partners and managers.
• Lead priority Talent projects using a project management framework with clear owners, plans, timelines, and outcomes.
• Support executive talent processes and manage talent vendors against delivery, budget, and quality expectations.
• Partner with HR Shared Services, HR Technology, and Workforce Planning & Organization Effectiveness on processes, systems, data, and connected workforce plans.

Requirements

• Hands-on HR experience, ideally in talent management, learning and development, or HR program management.
• Ability to turn priorities into results through clear plans, ownership, and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and build training and materials that managers use.
• Data-oriented problem-solving skills and AI literacy.
• Comfort with Excel and HR systems.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and exercise excellent judgment with confidential matters.
• Interest in growing across HR.
