Analyze headcount, spending, throughput, cycle time, tooling, and process handoffs, then lead data-driven operational improvements.
Prepare executive-ready presentations, memos, briefs, announcements, talking points, and meeting preparation materials for the Senior Director.
Support budgeting, headcount planning, long-range financial modeling, and strategic initiatives across the prototype value chain.
Plan and run organization-wide events, including all-hands meetings, offsites, team-building activities, milestone celebrations, and recognition programs.
Coordinate ProtoOps leadership priorities, calendars, decisions, and follow-ups so strategic work progresses.

Strong analytical skills, including building and explaining models in Excel or Google Sheets.

Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
Experience in hardware development, robotics, manufacturing, or another physical-product environment.
Management consulting, corporate strategy, or chief-of-staff-style experience.

Success expectations include taking ownership of staff meetings and action tracking within 30 days, delivering a leadership review and running an organization-wide event within 90 days, and producing measurable improvement within six months.
Compensation is a base salary of $134,000–$167,000 annually, depending on individualized factors including equity, knowledge, skills, and experience.
