Clinical Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Registered Dietitians, from sourcing and screening through interviewing and closing.
• Provide backup coverage for searches across other clinical specialties during peak demand, recruiter transitions, and time off.
• Build sourcing strategies and maintain an active RD pipeline across professional networks, specialty associations, communities, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Manage job postings, candidate tracking, reporting, scheduling, automation, and pipeline accuracy in Ashby.
• Partner with clinical hiring leaders on priorities and state-level coverage needs while coordinating handoffs to credentialing and onboarding.
• Monitor time to fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance, recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical recruitment experience, including hiring Registered Dietitians and other licensed healthcare professionals across multiple states.
• Proficiency in Ashby as an applicant tracking system, including pipeline management, reporting, and workflow configuration.
• Telehealth recruitment experience and understanding of remote clinical workflows and state licensing requirements.
• Startup experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
• Expert sourcing skills beyond standard job boards.
• Ability to manage searches across other clinical specialties while keeping RD hiring on track.
• Organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, adaptable, data-driven, and committed to improving recruitment outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage candidates authentically and thoughtfully.
• Passion for women’s health and interest in building a mission-driven clinical workforce.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RD credentialing, the CDR credential, and state dietetics licensure requirements.
• Experience recruiting across other clinical specialties.
• Experience recruiting for PMOS, endometriosis, or other hormonal and metabolic health programs.
