Strategic Finance Manager, BU Partnership

Location: San Francisco, CA

Base salary: $148,000–$185,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with the Applications BU Leadership Team on quarterly and annual strategic and financial planning.
• Manage revenue, delivery, headcount, and expense forecasts, along with weekly and monthly reporting, KPIs, presentations, and financial analyses.
• Own and improve Delivery and Revenue forecasting processes with Business Unit Owners.
• Evaluate investment strategies and lead special projects involving complex financial models, including new product launches and corporate initiatives.
• Drive improvements to data infrastructure and reporting.
• Partner with Accounting during month-end close to support accurate general ledger and company-wide financial statement reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance.
• 2 years of investment banking or top-tier consulting experience.
• Management experience.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and manipulate large data sets.
• Ability to critically analyze existing processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Expert Excel modeling skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance or accounting.
• Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with Anaplan and/or Adaptive Insights.
