Product Finance (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York, United States

Salary: $205K–$248K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Build deal models for distribution and labs partnerships covering pricing, revenue share, commitments, and cost-to-serve.
• Evaluate partner proposals and recommend commercial structures that protect margin while enabling deals.
• Own partnership commercial frameworks, including revenue-share tiers, capacity pricing, and partner rate cards.
• Quantify each partnership’s strategic value, including customer reach and model access, alongside direct economics.
• Connect partner commitments and forecasts to capacity and GPU supply planning, track performance after signing, and own the partnerships forecast for the annual plan.
• Partner with Product and Partnerships leadership on partner prioritization and roadmap implications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, corporate development, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking.
• Deep understanding of product unit economics and excellent financial modeling skills, including building deal models from raw usage and cost data.
• Experience structuring commercial agreements and anticipating impacts on pricing precedent, channel conflict, capacity commitments, and margin.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive recommendations and maintain a point of view in deal discussions.
• Comfort building models, dashboards, or processes from scratch and making decisions with incomplete data.
• Strong attention to detail with ownership and execution focus.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools.
• Experience with GPU compute economics or cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud marketplaces, AI gateways, or the commercial landscape for AI model labs.
• Experience at a usage-based company.
