Strategic Finance (Healthcare AI)

Salary: $165K–$210K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships on sales capacity planning, funnel and pipeline analytics, marketing ROI, partner economics, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate the ROI of products, features, and R&D investments, including gross margin, infrastructure, inference, and telephony costs.
• Own the corporate financial model, long-range plan, scenario analysis, and driver-based forecasts for revenue, headcount, and capacity.
• Lead cross-functional analysis of unit economics, new-product economics, and capital allocation, from problem framing through execution.
• Evaluate and roll out finance planning and reporting tools, including requirements, implementation, adoption, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Support M&A, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and investor materials.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or strategic finance.
• Excellent financial modeling skills, including building clean driver-based models from scratch and presenting complex analyses clearly and accurately.
• High agency and follow-through, with the ability to define priorities, ramp quickly on unfamiliar problems, complete objectives, and align teams without detailed instructions.
• Strong commercial instincts and understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics, including ARR, retention, CAC, payback, and gross margin.
• Clear, candid, and collaborative communication, including the ability to challenge assumptions constructively and explain complex analyses simply.
