Strategic Finance Manager, BU Partnership

Salary: $148,000–$185,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Serve as the Finance business partner to the Applications BU Leadership Team during quarterly and annual strategic and financial planning.
• Manage revenue, delivery, headcount, and expense forecasts, including weekly and monthly reporting, KPIs, presentations, and critical analyses.
• Own and improve Delivery and Revenue forecasting processes with Business Unit Owners.
• Evaluate investment strategies and support complex financial models for new product launches, corporate initiatives, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to improve data infrastructure and reporting, and partner with Accounting during month-end close and financial statement reporting.
• Develop and maintain KPIs aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance, including the stated experience scope.
• 2 years of investment banking or top-tier consulting experience.
• Management experience.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage and manipulate large data sets.
• Ability to critically analyze existing processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with expert Excel modeling skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance or accounting.
• Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with Anaplan and/or Adaptive Insights.
