Location: Hybrid work on Wersalska 6 Street in Łódź, Poland

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and validate machine learning models for data-driven applications and services.
• Analyze data and pipelines to identify issues, support stakeholders, and improve decision-making for AI solutions.
• Work with customers and interface partners to understand business challenges and apply technical expertise to improve AI-supported processes.
• Explore advanced data-driven solutions and assess their potential to improve models, processes, and business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s AI governance framework and support activities related to new guidelines.
• Use approved bank platforms and cloud technologies in line with internal standards, collaborating in a cross-functional agile team across business, technology, and operations.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning.
• Knowledge of the data science development cycle.
• Ability to advise on end-to-end business processes, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and manage expectations.

Nice to have

• GCP knowledge.
• Experience in data engineering and data quality.
• Knowledge of banking processes.
• German language skills.
