Data Scientist (Partner Experience Data & AI)

Location: Hybrid 4/1 model in Warsaw or Poznań, Poland; 30 days of occasional remote work are available.

What you will do

• Co-create end-to-end machine learning models across the partner lifecycle, including activation, growth potential evaluation, and churn prevention.
• Build scalable recommendation systems and incremental uplift models to drive product adoption and partner expansion.
• Combine predictive machine learning with LLM orchestrations and agentic AI to create actionable recommendations for sellers and internal business teams.
• Translate business challenges into machine learning frameworks, design and evaluate A/B experiments, and deploy models to production with continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers to build scalable data products.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Big Data, strong Python skills, and the ability to write complex, optimized SQL queries across large data marts.
• Experience with Python data science tools and algorithms, including Pandas, scikit-learn, SHAP, XGBoost, CatBoost, gradient boosting, and segmentation algorithms.
• End-to-end ownership of the machine learning lifecycle, from framing business problems and building predictive models through deployment and continuous monitoring.
• Practical experience designing, setting up, and statistically evaluating A/B tests.
• Ability to communicate complex model outcomes clearly and work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on Data Science and Machine Learning experience.
• English and Polish proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience building and running data science solutions in cloud environments, preferably GCP.
• Practical knowledge of production model deployment and pipeline orchestration with Apache Airflow or dbt.
• Hands-on experience programmatically using LLMs and Agentic AI to build automated applications.
