What you will do

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers.
• Define the data strategy for hirify.global Air and align it with product and engineering priorities.
• Establish experimentation practices, metric frameworks, data models, scalable analytics foundations, and self-service reporting.
• Partner with engineering on robust, compliant data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Use customer-journey insights to improve acquisition, retention, monetization, and go-to-market decisions.
• Guide machine learning capabilities for marketing acquisition, product personalization, and operational efficiency, translating complex signals into recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading and scaling a data function in a product-led, B2B SaaS, AI, or developer-tools environment.
• Strong knowledge of data science and analytics, including cohort analysis, A/B testing, segmentation, and machine learning applications for product and marketing.
• Understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including data modeling and orchestration.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary data teams.
• Strategic mindset with willingness to work hands-on when necessary.
• Ability to build experimentation cultures, navigate ambiguity, learn quickly, and find practical solutions to difficult problems.
• Clear, candid communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in developer products and a clear perspective on how AI will shape software creation.
