Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own the unified GTM data strategy across sales, marketing, solutions, services, and account directors.
• Build dashboards, forecasts, and reporting that track pipeline from top-of-funnel marketing through closed revenue and connect it to marketing performance.
• Own executive and board-level reporting, validate figures, and refine forecasting assumptions for marketing, sales, and services.
• Measure marketing ROI and identify early signals in retention, renewals, and churn.
• Partner with engineering to maintain clean, validated warehouse views and define revenue-reporting data standards.
• Build AI-ready documentation, data architecture, and agents used by other people.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write SQL and build decision-support dashboards in tools such as Hex or Salesforce reporting.
• Experience tracing revenue pipeline from marketing through closed revenue and explaining what the data does and does not show.
• Ability to present analysis to senior leaders and defend conclusions when challenged.
• Ability to independently lead discussions with sales, marketing, and finance stakeholders.
• Experience validating ARR, net new ACV, prorated terms, FX adjustments, quote-to-order form alignment, and renewal details.
• Ability to assess warehouse-view quality and work with engineering to resolve data issues.
• Ability to select between Claude, Salesforce, and Hex for reporting or dashboard needs and explain the tradeoffs.
• Ability to use Claude for analysis checks, AI-ready documentation, and recurring-reporting automation.

Nice to have

• Ability to translate business requests into technical requirements for architects and engineers.
• Knowledge of gross and net revenue retention, revenue recognition principles, and CPQ logic.
• Experience building AI-ready data architecture and agents.
