Senior Analyst - Strategy, Analytics & Reporting (AI)

Location: US-Remote; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future.

Salary: $109,250–$125,500 per year, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain management reporting, scorecards, dashboards, analyses, and presentation materials for enterprise strategy, transformation, AI, and portfolio decisions.
• Collect, integrate, validate, manipulate, and analyze financial, operational, portfolio, and strategic data.
• Identify trends, risks, dependencies, opportunities, and business outcomes through data-driven analysis.
• Define and track success measures for strategic, transformation, and AI initiatives, including adoption, value realization, delivery performance, and outcomes.
• Translate analysis into concise insights, implications, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
• Improve data quality and automate recurring reporting while partnering across I&T and functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, portfolio reporting, management consulting, or related roles.
• Authorization to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship; H-1B sponsorship is not offered.
• Experience working in a highly controlled, matrixed environment and partnering across multiple functions.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, transformation, business planning, AI programs, and organizational objectives through data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, validating, and interpreting complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for translating analysis into concise executive-level insights.
• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
