Financial Planning & Analysis Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead financial due diligence, pro forma modeling, and financial assessment for RFPs and M&A activities.
• Serve as interim CFO for new markets during the RFP process and support new-market integration.
• Contribute to Medicaid Finance RFP responses and develop the ROIC model with Medicaid Actuary partners.
• Analyze proposed investments and transactions through financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Assess Medicaid healthcare regulations, competitive conditions, and hirify.global’s business model.
• Build internal and external relationships, maintain hiring and resource-request controls, and conduct competitor market intelligence using statutory financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent.
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
• Experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies.
• Experience developing methodologies and criteria for complex analyses, including financial modeling and forecasting.
• Knowledge of complex accounting and financial transactions for internal and external reporting.
• Experience managing special projects across cross-functional partnerships.
• Passion for contributing to continuous improvement of consumer experiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a CPA.
• Prior finance or accounting experience in the health insurance industry.
