Lead Financial Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $105,800–$135,000 base pay annually, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly financial reviews, and long-range planning for assigned G&A functions.
• Partner with business leaders on investments, resource allocation, operating plans, financial metrics, and strategic priorities.
• Analyze performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying drivers, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Build financial models for expense planning, workforce planning, investment evaluation, and scenario analysis.
• Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and financial narratives that translate complex data into clear insights.
• Improve Finance processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and reporting platforms such as Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or a related analytical role.
• Experience independently leading financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for business functions or departments.
• Strong financial modeling skills covering expense planning, workforce modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex financial models, large datasets, and management reporting.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, influence decisions, and communicate recommendations confidently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business judgment, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity, challenge assumptions, structure ambiguous business problems, and deliver executive-ready insights.
