Associate Director Financial Planning & Analysis (Oncology)

Location: Hybrid, North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania, United States; 10% travel required. Relocation is not provided.

Base salary: $129,000–$203,100 annually, plus potential annual bonus and long-term incentive.

What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational financial support across the US Oncology portfolio, including QLEX, Rapid Response, S&OP, new launches, inline assets, and business performance analytics.
• Partner with commercial and analytics teams on revenue forecasts, pre-launch and post-launch analyses, competitive scenarios, and business decisions.
• Lead FP&A activities including actuals, budgets, LROP, and other forecasts for assigned tumor families and products.
• Develop and align revenue and expense forecasts with external collaboration partners and participate in collaboration steering committee reviews.
• Assess performance and identify risks and opportunities with marketing, sales, operations, market access, Digital Human Health, and other teams.
• Support business development, investor relations, working capital analyses, cross-functional finance coordination, and special projects.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• Four or more years of business experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• At least two years of analytical finance experience with extensive use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business and financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate financial insights into clear, concise narratives for business and Finance leadership.
• Experience with financial analysis, planning, modeling, forecasting, budget projections, financial statement analysis, data visualization, cash management, and headcount planning.
• Knowledge of oncology and healthcare business environments.

Nice to have

• At least two years supporting internal business customers directly.
• Management presentation skills and the ability to communicate key themes verbally and in writing.
• Master of Business Administration degree or another relevant certification.
• Experience with SAP and financial databases.
