Strategy & Operations Associate, GTM

Location: Remote within the United States; Austin, Houston, or Dallas, TX area preferred and commutable.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annual salary.

What you will do

• Run the weekly revenue leadership operating rhythm for the EVP of Commercial Operations, including agendas, pre-reads, performance tracking, decisions, ownership, and follow-through.
• Lead cross-functional GTM programs from planning through execution and measurement, including ROI and skill-leveling initiatives.
• Drive strategic account sequencing, territory design, account assignments, top-account planning, and segment-based target lists.
• Identify bottlenecks between marketing and sales and drive cross-functional fixes through operational adoption.
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve GTM operations.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in consulting, strategy and operations, program management, chief of staff, or business operations; GTM/RevOps experience is welcome but not required.
• Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives through completion and adoption, including influencing people without direct authority.
• Executive-ready communication skills, including clear recommendations, written plans, and pre-reads.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools, especially Claude, for analysis, drafting, and automation, with something built to demonstrate.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and become a hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot user within the first 90 days.
• Must be a United States resident and legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

• Startup or high-growth experience, including organizational change.
• Board or leadership reporting experience.
• Program or roadmap design experience, including territory design, account planning, or target-list development.
• ROI or value-engineering program experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or BI tools.
