Senior Strategist, Enterprise (AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office. Global travel for client work may be required.

Estimated compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data leaders.
• Advise enterprise clients on AI capability building, digital transformation, innovation opportunities, products, and customer experiences.
• Lead discovery, current-state assessments, diagnoses, target-state capability design, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead client workstreams, executive workshops, discovery sessions, and working sessions that produce decisions and momentum.
• Develop proposals, executive presentations, business cases, engagement documentation, and advisory points of view.
• Contribute to thought leadership, events, and client conversations on AI, digital technology, and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, including direct experience with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Ability to independently structure complex, ambiguous business problems and develop and defend a clear point of view.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to and advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, or working sessions.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Current interest in AI, digital technology, and organizational capability and operating-model transformation.
• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person work and collaboration; four or more office days per week are required under the hybrid model.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work as required.
