Director, Global Faculty

Location: Hybrid from the London office, with travel as needed across EMEA and globally

What you will do

• Lead and develop Professional Development and Senior Leadership Facilitators serving as embedded Business Liaisons for assigned business units.
• Own facilitation governance, standards, quality frameworks, capability-building, and faculty development across Cencora University.
• Establish and refine the Business Liaison strategy and operating model, connecting enterprise programs with business-unit priorities.
• Personally facilitate high-stakes leadership programs and executive sessions.
• Partner with portfolio managers, learning design teams, and business leaders to incorporate facilitation insight into program design and refinement.
• Manage facilitator deployment, workload, quality metrics, business engagement, and adoption of emerging facilitation formats and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; a Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership development or facilitation, including senior or executive-level delivery, with experience managing or developing other facilitators.
• Formal leadership and people-management experience is required.
• Experience building or managing a business-partnering or liaison model connecting a central team with distributed business units.
• Strong facilitation skills in virtual and in-person settings, with credibility to deliver high-stakes sessions personally.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing facilitator skills.
• Experience partnering with instructional design, learning experience, or portfolio-owning teams to connect facilitation insight to program design is preferred.
• Background in a corporate university, learning and development function, or consulting environment serving Fortune 500 or Fortune 100 clients is preferred.

Nice to have

• Certified coach qualification such as ICF ACC, PCC, MCC, or comparable certification.
• Assessment certification in Hogan, Insights Discovery, DiSC, or a comparable leadership assessment tool.
