CSAC Manufacturing and Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support and improve CSAC assembly, testing, inspection, material handling, and manufacturing processes to increase yield, quality, and throughput.
• Work hands-on with production personnel and hardware to identify process constraints, validate improvements, and provide technical support.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process specifications, assembly procedures, travelers, forms, and training materials.
• Analyze defects, scrap, rework, cycle time, and yield data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop automation solutions, production databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve efficiency, traceability, and decision-making.
• Define, qualify, and implement production fixtures, tooling, gauges, and equipment while collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, process engineering, production engineering, or new product introduction in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to create and interpret engineering drawings, bills of material, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting production and process data.
• Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, scripting, reporting tools, or manufacturing information systems.
• Experience with production fixtures, tooling, semiconductor processes, wire bonding, solder reflow, or wafer-level fabrication.
• Strong technical writing, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
