Process Engineer III (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States; onsite role with 10% travel and relocation eligibility.

Salary: $124,000–$171,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and complex systems, define measurement methods, and apply new technologies.
• Develop process engineering projects, specifications, technical reports, presentations, and product documentation within safety guidelines.
• Train engineers in film-property measurement, data interpretation, methodologies, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve complex process engineering issues and support new technologies and products.
• Design and implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation; lead functional teams or projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor process engineering with metals deposition tools and processes, including ALD.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
