Manager, Product Management (Authentication)

Location: Hybrid role based near one of hirify.global's corporate offices in McLean, VA; Dallas, TX; or Memphis, TN, United States. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Define and prioritize the authentication roadmap across web and mobile platforms, balancing security, reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Improve login, account access, and Join experiences using data, analytics, and customer insights to reduce friction and increase conversion.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable product solutions and manage dependencies across engineering teams and shared resources.
• Partner with web, mobile, and Core API engineering teams to deliver authentication capabilities and integrations.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Compliance, and product teams to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor authentication performance, resolve production issues and risks, and support Agile delivery through planning, backlog refinement, and roadmap reviews.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in Product, Technology, or a related field.
• Product experience with authentication and identity platforms, including login, account creation, account recovery, multi-factor authentication, and secure customer access solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement near the McLean, Dallas, or Memphis office locations.
• Knowledge of authentication standards and protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and MFA technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience.
• Seven or more years of professional experience in Technology or a related field.
• Experience using analytics, experimentation, or customer insights to optimize digital experiences and conversion.
