Senior Product Manager, Identity

Location: Remote, US; travel as needed for company events, Apple events, and trade shows.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize a 12-month Identity roadmap covering IdP integrations, sign-in, MFA, device trust, and AI-agent identity.
• Manage integrations with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and other IdPs, including SCIM provisioning, group sync, and joiner-mover-leaver workflows.
• Lead Apple Identity capabilities including Platform SSO, Managed Apple Accounts, account-driven enrollment, Apple Business Manager federation, and support for new macOS and iOS releases.
• Deliver SSO, MFA, passkeys, FIDO2, Touch ID, recovery paths, device trust, multi-tenant Identity, and admin permissions.
• Drive discovery, PRDs, prioritization, launches, packaging, pricing input, Sales and Customer Success enablement, and partner relationships.
• Run Identity product-led growth through in-product opt-in, guided setup, activation metrics, and trial-to-paid conversion.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS product management, including 3+ years owning an Identity, access, or authentication product area.
• Production experience with Apple Identity through at least one of Platform SSO, Managed Apple Accounts, Apple Business Manager federation, or the MDM protocol, plus working knowledge of Apple MDM and declarative device management.
• Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and FIDO2/WebAuthn, including their implementation by Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud.
• Experience shipping SSO, MFA, passwordless, or device-trust capabilities and explaining customer failure modes in production.
• Experience taking products to market with Sales and Marketing, contributing to packaging and pricing, and running PLG motions with activation and conversion results.
• Daily use of AI for research synthesis, data analysis, PRD drafting, and prototyping, with a demonstrable method and result.
• Ability to write PRDs that Engineering can build from without a meeting and conduct evidence-based discovery.

Nice to have

• Experience at an IdP, device-trust vendor, or MDM vendor such as Okta, Microsoft, Google, JumpCloud, Ping, OneLogin, Jamf, Iru, or Mosyle.
• Experience with MSP multi-tenant products and partner-delegated administration.
• Previous experience as an IT administrator, Identity engineer, or solutions engineer.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar Identity-control frameworks.
• Experience shipping an integration marketplace or partner certification program.
