Cohort Services Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, with travel to partner health systems and hirify.global events approximately 20% of the time.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead implementation of Chat and Assistant Builder tools for new health system partners, coordinating stakeholders, communications, and training for on-schedule launches.
• Plan adoption communications, support change champion cohorts, deliver live training, and create role-specific guides and quick-start resources.
• Run ongoing engagement programs, cross-client training sessions, office hours, and feedback loops to improve curriculum, materials, delivery, and the product.
• Convene department-leader collaboratives, build workflow implementation packages, and develop case studies showing measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Support Qualified Circle, the peer network for health system AI executives, and equip customer success teams with packages for sharing proven solutions.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in a role combining training or enablement, content creation, and event or program management, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or a related field.
• Excellent written communication skills, including drafting or editing content for external publication.
• Confident public speaking and facilitation skills for audiences ranging from frontline staff to executives.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in healthcare AI and a desire to help health systems adopt it thoughtfully and effectively.
