Product Owner Revenue Management (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace with remote work possible up to 2 days per week

European e-commerce business operating online flash sales across fashion, home, wine, travel, beauty, and other sectors, collaborating with more than 7,000 brands and employing 5,000 people across 10 countries.

What you will do

• Own the new and legacy B2C billing factory within the Finance Tribe.
• Collect, challenge, and define group and local requirements with Finance business key users across the EU.
• Provide developers based in France with user stories and required product specifications.
• Understand the current model, product organization, and interactions to maintain and execute the product roadmap with the Business Team.
• Manage the backlog, create tickets and process flow charts, document meetings, and coordinate work across departments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, Proxy Product Owner, or project manager.
• Strong understanding and experience in financial and corporate topics, including solid knowledge of the Order to Cash process.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing required.
• Good knowledge of SQL, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL, and reporting tools such as SSRS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban, and knowledge of the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, anomaly-identification, solution-research, organizational, and written documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments, challenge existing approaches, and identify ways to create business value.
• Proactive, organized, passionate, result-oriented, and able to make decisions with conviction.
• Strong interest in business flows, products, and new technologies; passion for building AI agents to accelerate processes and improve operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Basic accounting knowledge, particularly in Accounts Receivable.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, especially Elasticsearch.
