Product Owner for Business Management System (Data Analytics and AI)

Location: Toulouse, France; onsite role.

What you will do

• Define, maintain, and communicate the Business Management System product vision and roadmap in line with hirify.global strategic priorities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage budget and capacity, and lead delivery through the Agile Quality Gates process.
• Steer the high-level digital architecture and integrate Data Analytics and AI capabilities using Skywise and Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead change management to maximize adoption and develop a user-centric, data-driven culture across 80,000 key users.
• Define the continuous operational run mode using DevOps/SRE practices and manage risks and opportunities to protect performance and value delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives or managing digital products.
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Deep knowledge of Business Process Modeling, Enterprise Architecture methodologies, and ERP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong proficiency in scaled Agile product ownership, including SAFe POPM.
• Hands-on experience with Data and AI tools, including Skywise and Google Cloud Platform.
• Advanced English proficiency is required to articulate the product vision and influence senior management across a transnational ecosystem.
