Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid); relocation support to France is available, including visa assistance. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are only available for positions based in France.

What you will do

• Own and expand the AI platform and gateway, including safeguards, evaluations, cost controls, observability, and no-code tooling.
• Build the agentic layer and MCP for multi-step visual workflows that generate, perform QA, route, retry, and publish at catalog scale.
• Define problems and partner with engineering, ML research, and product teams to ship platform capabilities and user-facing AI products.
• Prioritize platform work across internal customer teams, maintain strategy, and make clear trade-offs.
• Turn new model capabilities into reusable primitives and shipped features that improve usage and revenue.
• Use adoption, latency, inference cost, and evaluation data to form hypotheses, measure outcomes, and guide priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including multiple launches that solved user problems and delivered business outcomes.
• Experience building platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, internal platforms, or ML infrastructure.
• Experience shipping an agentic or model-backed product into production, with knowledge of evaluations, guardrails, non-deterministic output, cost per call, and unattended multi-step flows.
• Daily use of Claude or an equivalent AI tool for prototyping, user testing, or automation.
• Demonstrable product taste, with specific examples of product decisions and trade-offs.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguous problems, structure them, decide what matters, and act independently.
• Ability to pull, interpret, and challenge data and use it to form a product perspective.
• Ability to operate autonomously in small teams and a remote, async-first environment.
