Data/AI & Platforms Product Manager (Pharma)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the vision, strategy, roadmap and value-driven backlog for Data & AI platforms.
• Own demand intake, prioritization, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and success measures.
• Build and improve the platform service catalogue, drive adoption and measure business outcomes, usage, reliability, service performance and cost.
• Coordinate design, build and run delivery, including Agile ceremonies, releases, stakeholder demos, operating-model readiness and service documentation.
• Co-lead Data Integration with System Integration teams, aligning integration patterns, services, dependencies, governance and operational responsibilities.
• Align platform delivery with architecture, security, compliance, GxP, data protection, communication and stakeholder engagement requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Data, Digital Product Management, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, delivery management, data platforms, digital platforms or data-related transformation programs.
• Experience defining product vision, maintaining roadmaps, managing backlogs and arbitrating priorities in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, BI, AI/ML, GenAI, governance, security, observability and FinOps.
• Good understanding of modern data platforms including Databricks, AWS, Power BI, Snowflake, GitHub and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with technical teams, architects, engineers, data product teams, business stakeholders and run operations.
• Experience with data, system or enterprise integration, including integration patterns, APIs, data pipelines, event-driven flows, operational handovers and shared ownership models.
• Ability to translate business and technical needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, service definitions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with Agile delivery, sprint ceremonies, release planning, stakeholder demos, continuous improvement and regular platform communication.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and influencing skills, including alignment of senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complexity, trade-offs, dependencies, risks, capacity constraints and competing priorities while focusing on value, adoption, service quality and measurable outcomes.
• Proficient French and English required.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
• Understanding of GxP, GDPR, HIPAA and PHI/PII constraints and compliance-driven delivery.
• Experience with data product operating models, platform service catalogues, onboarding journeys and adoption metrics.
• Experience in governance forums, architecture reviews, design authorities or portfolio prioritization committees.
• Agile Product Owner, Scrum Product Owner, Product Management, SAFe, Agile or ITIL certification.
• Databricks, AWS or cloud/data platform awareness certification.
