Associate Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Support HR and Legal leaders with forecast updates, purchase and headcount approvals, and data reconciliations.
• Assist departments with forecasting and reconciliation work to maintain consistent reporting.
• Support implementation of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting software with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Gather Finance stakeholder requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Validate data migrations, mappings, and reporting outputs, and document current-state and future-state financial processes.
• Prepare presentation materials, identify process automation opportunities, and support strategic and operational Finance projects.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with working proficiency in Excel.
• Proven experience using AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.
• Understanding of SaaS and go-to-market metrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset.
• Understanding of the three financial statements and how they connect.

Nice to have

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience presenting data findings to executives.
• Experience with finance business systems or software implementation.
