Financial Analyst (AI)

hirify.global is modernizing the agricultural back office with a software platform for hiring, onboarding, payroll, insurance, and financial services for seasonal agricultural workers, including automation of the H-2A visa process.

What you will do

• Own the revenue model by product line, tie ERP actuals monthly, and maintain annual forecasts with scenario updates.
• Update bookings plans and partner with RevOps on ARR and revenue run-rate reporting.
• Prepare monthly revenue reporting and Budget vs. Actuals analysis with variance commentary for finance and leadership.
• Reconcile the revenue model, QuickBooks Online, and billing data; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate Aleph connections, reports, and dashboards.
• Use AI and automation to refresh models, clean actuals, run scenarios, analyze variances, and connect FP&A data.

Requirements

• Daily hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build models, write formulas and scripts, analyze data, and automate workflows; a demonstrated example is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience building driver-based forecasts and scenario models in Excel or Google Sheets and explaining the underlying business drivers.
• Basic knowledge of the three financial statements, accruals, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes.
• Strong ownership, self-direction, attention to detail, and ability to resolve discrepancies through completion.
• Clear communication with leadership and cross-functional partners, including explaining forecasts and invoicing exceptions in plain language.

Nice to have

• Experience at a SaaS or technology-enabled services company, particularly with ARR, bookings, and revenue run-rate metrics.
• Experience in agriculture.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Aleph, or Salesforce.
• Comfort with SQL, Python, VBA, or building simple applications and dashboards.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
