FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 remote days each week

What you will do

• Partner with business functions on financial planning and business decision-making.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, monthly close analysis, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and predictive forecasting methodologies.
• Apply AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and alignment across business units.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of FP&A experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical background with hands-on FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience applying AI and automation to financial planning, forecasting, reporting, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar solutions.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies.
• Strong executive presentation skills and ability to transform complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
