FP&A Analyst

Location: Remote within LATAM

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, management presentations, and variance explanations.
• Collaborate with accounting, delivery, sales, and marketing teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support month-end close, KPI development, ad hoc analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Contribute to M&A analysis, market expansion assessments, cost optimization, and other special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with QuickBooks and Runway.
