FP&A Senior Manager

Location: New York or San Francisco, United States; hybrid work with in-office attendance three days per week

Salary: $184K–$276K annually

What you will do

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting, including P&L variance analysis, KPIs, leadership reviews, board materials, and investor updates.
• Lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, long-range plan, and scenario models across GTM, G&A, and Engineering, Product & Design.
• Maintain the core financial model and source-of-truth metrics in partnership with Accounting and Data.
• Own company-wide headcount planning and forecasting, aligning hires, backfills, attrition, costs, Workday, and actuals.
• Support hiring and investment decisions by evaluating budgets, talent mix, cost assumptions, and outcomes.
• Streamline planning and reporting processes and ship automation used by the Finance team.

Requirements

• Experience owning financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial models.
• Ability to build scenario models and explain investment trade-offs, risks, and business performance to leadership.
• Experience with company-wide headcount planning, hiring forecasts, attrition, compensation increases, benefits, payroll taxes, and hiring timing assumptions.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Data, People, Recruiting, GTM, G&A, and Engineering, Product & Design.
• Ability to improve processes, automate manual workflows, and evaluate whether investments delivered expected results.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from New York or San Francisco with three in-office days per week.
