What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, risk assessment, and the transition toward rolling forecasts.
• Translate strategic objectives into financial targets and accountability frameworks while ensuring planning and forecast deliverables are accurate, timely, and consistent.
• Advance senior leadership and monthly SLT reporting from variance explanation toward forward-looking insights and recommendations; prepare and review Board of Directors materials.
• Advise C-suite functions including Finance, HR, IT, Data & Analytics, Legal, Facilities, and Marketing, connecting initiatives to budget and forecast impact.
• Identify and lead automation, standardization, process simplification, AI, and modern analytics initiatives in partnership with Finance, IT, and Data teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop FP&A Analysts and Senior Analysts while building digital fluency, analytical quality, and succession capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including 2+ years formally leading analysts or senior individual contributors; direct reports are preferred, while sustained team lead responsibility is considered.
• Proven success owning planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and delivering executive-ready analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Strong financial modeling, analytics, and performance management expertise with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on curiosity about AI and automation, demonstrated through real examples of applying them to work, including early-stage applications.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and must not require hirify.global sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CMA.
• Experience supporting Board, senior executive, or investor relations financial materials.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or modern planning platforms.
• Experience leading process redesign or automation within a finance function.
