Sales Executive Lower Mid Market (HR Tech)

What you will do

• Identify and create new business opportunities in the Lower Mid Market segment.
• Build and manage a strong customer pipeline through proactive outreach.
• Own the full sales process from initial contact and needs analysis through negotiation and contract signing.
• Understand customer needs in HR, payroll, and digitalisation and demonstrate business value.
• Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the offering and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, BPO, or similar solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, curious, commercial, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Confidence engaging with different stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Fluency in Swedish and a good command of English.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR, payroll, or HR Tech.
