Senior Program Manager - Temporary (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple squads, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process for cybersecurity solutions with Product and R&D leadership.
• Align squad goals with company objectives in collaboration with the Director of Program Management.
• Build a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Mentor team members and implement or optimize agile methodologies to improve delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience in the high-tech industry, focused on R&D.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Jira for project management and workflow optimization.
• Understanding of cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience managing AI model training workflows, including data preparation, evaluation, and cross-functional coordination.
