Program Manager (Infrastructure, AI and M&A)

Location: Remote, based in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $124,000–$175,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead infrastructure modernization, AI, and M&A technology integration programs from initiation through transition to operations.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, and success measures while maintaining integrated plans.
• Coordinate infrastructure, cloud, security, data, applications, architecture, operations, business teams, acquired organizations, and vendors.
• Drive Agile delivery, resolve cross-functional issues, and provide data-driven executive reporting on program health, financials, risks, and decisions.
• Guide AI initiatives from use-case evaluation and pilots through implementation, governance, adoption, and value realization.
• Lead technology due diligence and post-close M&A integration, including Day 1 readiness, application and infrastructure integration, security and access alignment, and transition to operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of technology project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing infrastructure, cloud, enterprise platform, technology modernization, or M&A integration programs.
• Experience applying Agile delivery practices, including iterative planning, backlog management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Strong program governance, dependency and risk management, financial management, budget tracking, resource planning, and executive reporting skills in matrixed environments.
• Technical fluency to understand architecture discussions, challenge assumptions, and identify delivery dependencies; deep coding or infrastructure expertise is not required.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, changing priorities, and multiple concurrent initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI, generative AI, automation, data, or other emerging-technology initiatives.
• Experience with technology due diligence, Day 1 readiness, or post-close M&A integration.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data readiness, security, responsible AI, adoption, and value realization.
• Enterprise PMO experience or PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or comparable certification.
