Sr. Manager, Enterprise Technology PMO

Location: Fully remote from a non-hirify.global worksite, with the role associated with New York, United States.

Salary: USD 140,000–170,000 yearly; another stated range is USD 140,000–175,000 with bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Project Managers, including performance management, career development, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects from initiation through delivery across Enterprise Technology.
• Drive PMO governance, project quality, KPI adherence, reporting, continuous improvement, and effective use of project management tools and methodologies.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendor deliverables, financial forecasting, capacity planning, and budget performance.
• Align technical, business, and executive stakeholders through executive-ready communications, reporting, recommendations, and business-impact assessments.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve team productivity, delivery outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology projects, programs, or portfolios within enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of formal people leadership experience with direct responsibility for employee performance management, coaching, development, and team leadership.
• Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading complex enterprise engineering initiatives across multiple technology domains, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, workplace technology, facilities technology, and physical security technologies.
• Experience with budget management, financial forecasting, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise architectures, systems integration, technical dependencies, and data and information flows, including the ability to assess solution complexity, implementation sequencing, delivery risks, and downstream impacts.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management platforms.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience within media, entertainment, technology, or engineering organizations.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft O365 CoPilot, Microsoft O365 Cowork, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
