Digital Product Manager for Airbus Training Centers (Cloud/SaaS)

hirify.global Defence and Space, within the hirify.global Commercial Aircraft Information Management Department, supports hirify.global programmes, customer engagement, services, and the worldwide training center organization.

What you will do

• Build and drive the integrated product vision and roadmap in line with Airline Services strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and Information Management objectives.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation and design through software delivery, operations, and decommissioning.
• Deliver Cloud, SaaS, and Skywise digital solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Secure resources, forecast budgets, and maintain business case alignment to maximize business value.
• Manage strategic external suppliers and coordinate architects, developers, and airline business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree or background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in digital activities, IT project management, or software product ownership.
• Technical expertise in software delivery within Cloud environments, including AWS and SaaS.
• Experience with data-driven platforms such as Skywise.
• Strong experience managing vendors and subcontractors in complex, large-scale IT programmes.
• Negotiation-level English and advanced French are required.
