Digital Product Owner (m/f/d)

Location: Paris, France or Obernai, France; permanent onsite role based in Obernai or Paris.

hirify.global's Hager Digital & Information function operates within the Marketing & Sales department and develops digital products for business and user needs.

What you will do

• Shape the product vision, digital roadmap, annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and portfolio governance.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and lead solution framing, including scope, planning, and UX collaboration.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog while coordinating delivery with development and transversal teams.
• Oversee releases and implementation with Market Enablement, track business performance, define action plans, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Product Ownership, Product Management, or a comparable digital role, ideally in a global environment with local rollouts.
• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business, UX, technology, and markets.
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and collaboration with development teams.
• Experience in project management using Agile methodologies is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use business performance and user insights to guide decisions.
• Pragmatic, collaborative, and value-driven approach, balancing business needs, user expectations, and technical feasibility.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• French or German.
• Technical background, e-procurement, e-commerce, or quotation tools experience or interest.
