Product Owner / Responsable sous-systeme (SSO) m/f) (Cloud/DevOps)

Location: Toulouse Area, France. The candidate must hold French nationality and be eligible for security clearance.

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, evolution roadmap, and delivery schedule of the ACS subsystem covering connectivity, data transfer, and notifications.
• Build, defend, and monitor the subsystem budget while prioritizing requests based on value, cost, and timing.
• Manage suppliers and external contractors, including scoping, progress tracking, deliverable quality, and commitments.
• Coordinate ACS integration with IT and Platform Engineering teams and interface with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance indicators and contribute to the Platform Engineering and DevOps transformation approach.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in technical product, subsystem, or program management.
• Strong project management expertise, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and external contractors.
• Strong technical interest in Cloud architectures, containerization, and DevOps approaches.
• Fluent French and English are required.
• French nationality and security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities are required.
