Senior Technical Implementation Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Deliver client-facing operational and technology consulting for organizations in a specialized industry domain.
• Assess, design, and develop solutions based on company products, managed services, outsourced IT offerings, and proprietary methodologies.
• Manage the consulting lifecycle from client engagement and solution planning through execution, stakeholder management, and project closure.
• Design and implement complex technology solutions, including architecture, integration, software selection, configuration, testing, deployment, user enablement, and operational transition.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects or act as a senior contributor on strategically important initiatives while supporting quality and client satisfaction.
• Support sales engagements, proposals, solution presentations, opportunity identification, and continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 1+ year of relevant professional experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including sound judgment and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
• Experience or knowledge of technology consulting, solution architecture and design, and digital transformation and change initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI and related technologies, including their potential applications in business and technology transformation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills, including support for proposals, pre-sales activities, client presentations, and business development.
• Working knowledge of the Financial Services industry within the EMEA region.
• Knowledge of Java; JavaScript/TypeScript; Oracle RDBMS/SQL; RESTful web services; AWS cloud computing and related technologies; and SAML2, OAuth2, and OIDC authorization and identity frameworks.
