What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary AI engagements from discovery and opportunity prioritisation through solution design, build, deployment and adoption.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into AI opportunities, delivery plans, measurable success criteria and value-realisation plans.
• Guide product, engineering, architecture and change teams while challenging technical and delivery decisions.
• Lead business process, operating model and ways-of-working transformation, including human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows.
• Embed AI governance covering privacy, security, reliability, regulation, responsible adoption, evaluation, testing, observability, cost and performance.
• Build client capabilities through stakeholder engagement, coaching, training and sustainable operating practices.

Requirements

• First-hand experience designing, building or directly contributing to AI solutions deployed into production, including the transition from experimentation to live business operations.
• Proven experience independently leading multidisciplinary technology or AI engagements, managing client relationships and owning delivery outcomes.
• Experience translating technology capabilities into business process, operating model or ways-of-working changes with successful adoption.
• Practical knowledge of modern AI architectures and delivery approaches, with confidence in detailed technical discussions and engineering decision-making.
• Ability to build business cases, prioritise opportunities and demonstrate measurable impact.
• Experience with iterative delivery, balancing rapid experimentation with the engineering discipline and governance required for production.
• Practical experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, orchestration frameworks and intelligent automation.
• Understanding of enterprise integration with data, APIs, existing platforms, workflows, identity, access controls and trusted context.
• Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment across different priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering agentic AI solutions or multi-agent workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Snowflake, Claude Code or Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience establishing AI delivery governance, evaluation approaches or LLMOps practices.
• Experience coaching client teams and building sustainable internal AI capabilities.
