Technical Adoption Architect (AI Contracting)

Location: London, England. Hybrid role with office attendance required at least twice a week; additional in-office days may be required for team or company events.

What you will do

• Partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists to drive customer adoption from pre-sales discovery and proof of value through implementation, activation, and expansion.
• Design and build customer contracting processes using configured workflows, templates, integrations, and scalable platform architectures.
• Own high-value customer use cases end to end, defining technical approaches, phased scope, success measures, and adoption roadmaps.
• Advise customers on AI-driven contracting transformation, including practical capabilities, risks, controls, and responsible integration across the contracting lifecycle.
• Build alignment across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, executive sponsors, and other stakeholders while managing risks, expectations, and organizational change.
• Lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement sessions, and communicate customer insights to Product and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.
• Strong consultative discovery, solution design, technical architecture, and customer adoption skills.
• Ability to connect technical decisions with customer value, adoption outcomes, and long-term platform ownership.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations, identifying stakeholders, and building cross-functional alignment.
• Practical AI fluency, including the ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations and advise on responsible use in contracting workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication, executive presentation, prioritization, and expectation-management skills.
