Technical Adoption Architect (AI)

Location: London, England; hybrid role with office attendance required at least twice a week. Only candidates based in London are being considered.

What you will do

• Partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists throughout pre-sales discovery, proof of value, implementation, activation, and adoption.
• Design and configure contracting workflows, templates, and integrations, applying sound architecture, sequencing, maintainability, and extensibility principles.
• Own high-value customer use cases end to end, defining technical approaches, phased scope, success measures, and adoption roadmaps.
• Advise customers on AI-supported contracting transformation, including practical capabilities, limitations, risks, controls, and responsible workflow integration.
• Build alignment across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, executive sponsors, and other stakeholders while managing risks, expectations, escalations, and organizational change.
• Lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement sessions; share customer insights with Product and collaborate with cross-functional delivery and support teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.
• Passion for learning new technologies and driving outcomes through technical solutions.
• Ability to connect technical decisions with customer value, adoption outcomes, and long-term platform ownership.
• Ability to build meaningful customer relationships, hold customers accountable, and manage expectations and escalations.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations, identifying decision-makers, sponsors, influencers, and blockers, and aligning Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholder groups.
• Strong consultative discovery skills: uncovering goals and buying criteria, validating fit, identifying constraints, defining success measures, and translating requirements into solution approaches and phased roadmaps.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make sound decisions about scope, priorities, and sequencing.
• Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency, including the ability to explain AI clearly and advise on responsible use in contracting workflows.
• Transformation mindset, ownership of customer success, and ability to turn technical designs into practical adoption steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-ready recommendations, tradeoff communication, alignment facilitation, and expectation resetting.
