Partner Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Windsor, United Kingdom; Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands; or Stockholm, Sweden, with some in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Own the technical enablement strategy for assigned partners and develop their capability through workshops, bootcamps, hands-on labs, onboarding programmes, coaching, and mentoring.
• Provide architecture guidance, solution validation, design reviews, technical escalation support, and repeatable solution patterns for complex partner-led opportunities.
• Present at partner conferences, technical communities, distributor events, and industry forums, while creating reference architectures, best-practice guidance, and reusable technical content.
• Build technical communities and relationships across partners, distributors, alliance teams, field organisations, and hirify.global experts.
• Collaborate with sales, channel, marketing, and alliance teams to support partner-led pipeline creation, portfolio expansion, campaigns, workshops, and technical events.
• Capture partner and customer feedback, market insights, and emerging opportunities to influence technical strategy and future solutions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in technical presales, solution architecture, consulting, partner enablement, or related technical leadership roles.
• Experience working with channel partners, distributors, system integrators, or alliance partners.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, cloud, data infrastructure, and solution architecture practices.
• Experience aligning technical strategy and enablement programmes with commercial and business priorities.
• Experience developing technical capability through coaching, enablement programmes, mentoring, or community leadership.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and alliance technologies including Cisco, NVIDIA, and Commvault.
• Ability to translate technical differentiation into repeatable partner-led solutions and business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes through expertise and collaboration rather than direct authority.
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation, balance strategic thinking with practical execution, and apply a coaching mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cyber resilience, hybrid cloud, or other modern data infrastructure architectures.
• Experience building and scaling technical communities and enablement programmes.
• Experience creating technical content such as blogs, whitepapers, workshops, or conference sessions.
• Experience working across multiple countries, partner ecosystems, or alliances.
