Systems / Solutions Engineer (GPU & AI Infrastructure)

Location: Full-time onsite in Fremont, California, United States

Salary: Up to $230,000 base salary plus equity; compensation is role-dependent and may include commission or bonuses.

The company develops complete computing systems, including GPU workstations, servers, storage, networking, and AI clusters.

What you will do

• Help build, configure, validate, and deliver GPU workstations, servers, and computing infrastructure.
• Understand workload requirements and select suitable hardware and software.
• Solve configuration, compatibility, integration, and performance challenges across CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, and networking.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, technology partners, and customers.
• Own technical issues through to resolution.
• Depending on the role, support hardware testing, solution design, customer discussions, or system quotations.

Requirements

• Experience in systems engineering, testing, hardware integration, solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related technical field.
• Practical familiarity with computing hardware, including CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, or networking.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and clearly explain recommendations.
• Evidence of personally solving problems and delivering results.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach with colleagues or customers.
• Curiosity about GPU computing, AI infrastructure, and new hardware platforms.
• Initiative, attention to detail, and confidence taking ownership.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Fremont.
